Our Services

Supporting Young People

We provide semi-independent living services to support vulnerable young people aged 16 to 25 years. The aim of our support is to help them gain the skills and confidence they need in order to transition to more independent living.

Our supported accommodation is designed for young people who are transitioning out of foster care, experiencing homelessness, or facing other challenges that make independent living difficult. We understand that this can be a daunting time, and we are committed to providing our service users with the resources, support, and guidance they need to succeed.

Our young people are generally responsible for themselves and our role is to support them and provide them with guidance in accessing and planning for services that are relevant to their needs and desires, such as

As we prepare young people’s for independence, our staff also work with them providing support with building basic life skills and knowledge that they’ll need in order to be able to live fully independently. Our support will include:
